PET PORTRAITS
Select from a wide variety of art mediums and commission a one of a kind portrait of your pet. Or for a special and thoughtful gift, purchase a gift certificate for a friend or family member. Another popular idea is to have a portrait created of a loved pet that has passed on.
You call the shots. Provide a clear close-up picture of your pet, select a medium, size and colors. Request a realistic, whimsical, playful or contemporary style. You may also request a certain expression of personality or an idea or meaning to reflect through the art.
Have your past or present animal’s portrait created:
- in a painting (watercolor, acrylic, pastels, sand, tissue paper, batik);
- in ceramic clay (slab, mosaic, on a tile, wind chime);
- with graphite, color pencil, marker, oil pastels, scratch-board);
- or in a 3-D form (clay, wood, wire, paper, textiles or mixed media).
Portraits are priced according to the size, medium and complexity of the art desired.

-ceramic slab portrait of your pet (8x10) starting at $45.00.
-batik portrait of your pet (12X12) starting at $95.00.
-ceramic tile with glaze painted portrait or your pet (4x4) starting at $75.00.
-3-D portraits starting at $150.00
Once the idea is decided, a price will be quoted. One third of the quoted price will be a non-refundable design fee. The second third of the fee is due upon the approval of the design, prior to the completion of the work. The final payment will be due at the completion of the commissioned art work. Matting, framing or mounting are optional and additional.
